I build Shopifystores that keepselling when youclose the laptop.

The theme, the CRM, the automations and the campaigns are one system, and I build all of it. For the past two and a half years I have run that system single-handed for an Italian footwear brand: first sale to more than a thousand customers, three platform migrations, no team.

1,000+
Customers since the brand's first sale
Zero to a thousand on a product nobody had sold online before.
9%
Conversion on a promotion landing page, two weeks straight
The rest of the site was converting at 1.5%.
€50k+
Innovation grant secured
Public funding, won for the brand while the store was being rebuilt.
3
Platform migrations, run solo
WordPress, then WooCommerce, then Shopify.

Three things I get hired for

Dr Kampes, handmade footwearMarch 2024 to now, remote

Zero to 1,000+ customers, three rebuilds, one person.

Dr Kampes makes trucker shoes by hand and sells them at a high price point, in a category with no established online market. When I started there was no store, no CRM and no customer list. I built all three, then rebuilt them twice as the business outgrew each platform.

WordPress — one page, wired to everything

A single sales page with a multivariant lead capture. Make.com pushed every order into Sheets, where tracking and inventory lived, and Brevo handled post-purchase email and WhatsApp. Held together with scenarios instead of software, and it answered the only question that mattered: does anyone buy this online.

The brand's first sales came through this

WooCommerce — a real catalogue

Migrated the store once one page stopped being enough. After that I left the stack alone and spent the time on page speed, product assets, site copy, and email and WhatsApp campaigns, because that is where the revenue was.

€50k+ innovation grant secured

Shopify — custom theme, everything connected

Theme written from scratch in Liquid, catalogue and purchase flow rebuilt around how people actually buy a €-heavy handmade shoe. Orders and leads now write themselves into Brevo and Airtable through Make.com and a self-hosted n8n.

1,000+ customers and counting

Next — AI lead qualification

Inbound leads sorted and scored before anyone reads them, so the founder's time goes to the people who are actually ready to buy. In progress.

9%

The promotion page

A single page for a bundle offer on a high-ticket handmade shoe, built for a promotion. I cut it down to one decision, answered the objections buyers were already sending us over WhatsApp, and wired every abandoned checkout into a follow-up sequence.

It held 9% conversion on warm leads for two straight weeks. The site baseline was 1.5%.

Edoardo is a fantastic professional; he's very attentive and always gives 110%.
